Mr. Williams graduated from Towson University with a BS in business management and a concentration in finance. He participates in industry-related membership organizations, including the Financial Planning Association and Baltimore Estate Planning Council.
As an active member of the community, Gary serves as a board member of the Dancel Family Y in Howard County and the Governance and Nominating Committee of the Central Maryland Y's Board of Directors.
