Bass Strait Victoria, Australia
Separating the island of Tasmania from the south of the Australian mainland is the Bass Strait partially created by reefs at the shoreline that run 40m to 60m to the ocean floor. The often-rough seas may dissuade some from fishing here but the rewards are great. The many species here include mako sharks, hammerheads, school sharks, yellowtail kingfish, salmon, snappers and many others. Charting a boat with a seasoned captain is highly recommended. |

Cabo San Lucas Mexico
Cabo San Lucas is considered one of the top sport fishing locations in the world. There are 3,000 species of marine life in the Gulf of California. Large game fish like Marlin, Tuna, Sailfish, Mahi Mahi and Wahoo are plentiful.
