The iShares Global Energy ETF is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Monday, with over 1.6 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 455,000. Shares of IXC were down about 0.5% on the day.

In trading on Monday, the iShares US Home Construction ETF is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.9% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of KB Home, up about 4.3% and shares of Installed Building Products, up about 3.6% on the day.

Looking at units outstanding versus one week prior within the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the biggest outflow was seen in the BBJP ETF, where 4,000,000 units were destroyed, or a 2.6% decrease week over week. And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest outflow was the WBIR ETF, which lost 350,000 of its units, representing a 29.2% decline in outstanding units compared to the week prior.

Comparing units outstanding versus one week ago at the coverage universe of ETFs at ETF Channel, the biggest inflow was seen in the iShares Russell 2000 ETF, which added 13,050,000 units, or a 4.7% increase week over week. Among the largest underlying components of IWM, in morning trading today Etsy is up about 1.1%, and The Trade Desk is lower by about 2%.

Looking at units outstanding versus one week prior within the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the biggest outflow was seen in the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF (EFA), where 16,800,000 units were destroyed, or a 1.7% decrease week over week. Among the largest underlying components of EFA, in morning trading today NXP Semiconductors (NXPI) is off about 2.1%, and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries (TEVA) is lower by about 1.9%.

Comparing units outstanding versus one week ago at the coverage universe of ETFs at ETF Channel, the biggest inflow was seen in the ProShares UltraPro Short QQQ (SQQQ), which added 11,800,000 units, or a 11.8% increase week over week. And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest increase in inflows was the ERSX ETF (ERSX), which added 100,000 units, for a 33.3% increase in outstanding units.

The WisdomTree US High Dividend Fund ETF (DHS) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Friday, with over 493,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 27,000. Shares of DHS were down about 0.4% on the day.

In trading on Friday, the iShares US Utilities ETF (IDU) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Northwestern (NWE), up about 1.6% and shares of Idacorp (IDA), up about 1.6% on the day.

The iShares Global REIT ETF (REET) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Thursday, with over 1.8 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 361,000. Shares of REET were up about 0.9% on the day.

In trading on Thursday, the iShares PHLX Semiconductor ETF (SOXX) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 3% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Micron Technology (MU), up about 8.3% and shares of Qorvo (QRVO), up about 7.2% on the day.
