Pink Sands Beach, stretching three-mile and 100 feet wide in some spots, provides fine rosy colored sand and shallow calm warm blue waters. The area provides excellent diving, fishing and boating and the reefs provide safe swimming and snorkeling. Many of the hotels and resorts provide dining overlooking the beach as well as various water sport activities and horseback riding.

 
Retirement Thailand Maya Bay, Ko Phi Phi, Thailand

Maya Bay, part of a little island near Ko Phi Phi, includes a small white sand beach that can only be visited by boat. The 1300 foot beach is situated on a quiet crystal clear blue water bay surrounded by mangroves and limestone walls blanketed by dense foliage. It is a popular snorkeling, swimming and diving spot and was chosen by Danny Boyle for his 2000 movie “The Beach”.

Large granite boulders surrounding the beach further enhance the dramatic views of the island. The Seychelles was once thought to be the location of the Garden of Eden for good reason.
