FIFA Secretary General Fatma Samoura met with Inigo Mendez de Vigo, the Spanish Minister for Education, Culture and Sport, in Madrid on Tuesday 5 February. Also present at the meeting were Jose Ramon Lete, the president of the Spanish Sports Council, and Juan Luis Larrea, the president of the Spanish Football Association (RFEF).
